PRIVACY POLICY

Information notice on the processing of personal data – Information document pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13, D.Lgs. n. 679/2016

In compliance with D.Lgs. n. 679/2016 (Privacy Code) and subsequent amendments, we hereby provide you with the required information regarding the processing of the personal data you have provided. This notice is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be accessed through links on the websites under the domain of the data controller, who is in no way to be considered responsible for third-party websites.

This notice is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of d.lgs. n. 679/2016 – Personal Data Protection Code.

This notice also draws on Recommendation n. 2/2001, which the European personal data protection authorities, meeting in the Working Party established by art. 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and in particular the methods, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection, as well as on the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, on Cookies, and on the provisions of the Measure of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) of 08.05.2014 on cookies entitled <<Individuazione delle modalità semplificate per l’informativa e l’acquisizione del consenso per l’uso dei cookie>> (Identification of simplified procedures for the information notice and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies)

1.DATA CONTROLLER, pursuant to Article 28 of the Personal Data Protection Code, is the company ELISIR D S.R.L.S. in the person of its sole director EDOARDO COLOMBO.

2.TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Personal and identifying data
Personal data: any information relating to a natural person who is identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number; Identifying data: personal data that allow the direct identification of the data subject (such as, by way of example, first name, surname, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc…).

Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computing environment.

Legal defence
The User’s Personal Data may be used by the Controller for defence in legal proceedings, or in the stages preparatory to their possible initiation, against misuse of the site or of the related services by the User. The data may be used to establish liability in the event of possible computer crimes against the site.

Maintenance
The User’s Personal Data may be processed with additional methods and purposes related to maintenance

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site and/or the completion of data collection forms entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary in order to reply to requests, as well as of any other personal data entered.

3.PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING FOR WHICH CONSENT IS GIVEN WHERE REQUIRED (ART. 23 D.LGS. 679/2016)
Personal and, where applicable, sensitive data provided voluntarily will be processed for the following purposes, until you object:

– browsing this website;
– subscription to the newsletter via e-mailing list and related activities;

4. PROCESSING METHODS – RETENTION
The processing will be carried out in automated and/or manual form, using methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed for this purpose in compliance with the provisions of artt. 31 et seq. D.Lgs 679/2016. The data will be kept for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.

5. SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
Your data, which are the subject of the processing, will not be disseminated except within the limits set out in this notice, once consent has been obtained, and may be communicated to companies contractually linked to ELISIR D S.R.L.S. abroad within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits of art. 42 of D.Lgs. n. 679/2016. Personal data may be transferred abroad to non-EU countries within the scope and limits provided for by artt. 43 and 44 lett. b) of D.Lgs. n. 679/2016, in order to fulfil contracts or related purposes. The data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories:

– parties providing services for the management of the information system used by ELISIR D S.R.L.S. and of telecommunications networks (including e-mail);
– firms or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships;
– competent authorities for the fulfilment of legal obligations and/or orders of public bodies, upon request.

The parties belonging to the above categories act as Data Processors, or operate in full autonomy as separate Data Controllers. The list of processors is constantly updated and available at the registered office at Via Da Verrazzano, 13 – Meda (MB). Any further communication or dissemination will take place only with your explicit prior consent.

6. NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA AND REFUSAL
Apart from what is specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data. The provision of data is optional but necessary. Failure to provide personal data will make it impossible to obtain what has been requested or to use the services of the data controller.

7. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

You have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of whether or not the data exist and to know their content and origin, to verify their accuracy or to request that they be supplemented or updated, or rectified (Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code).

Pursuant to the same article, you have the right to request the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, and in any case to object, on legitimate grounds, to their processing.

If you contact the controller, please provide your e-mail address, name, address and/or telephone numbers, so that your request can be handled correctly.

To stop receiving automated direct marketing communications (e-mail, SMS, MMS, fax), simply send an e-mail at any time to the address vitaminadelisird.com with the subject “cancellazione” (unsubscribe) or use our automatic unsubscribe systems provided for e-mails only, and you will no longer be contacted.

8. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
The controller reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this privacy policy at its own discretion and at any time. The data subject is required to check periodically for any changes. To facilitate this check, the policy will indicate the date on which it was last updated. Use of the site after the publication of the changes will constitute acceptance of them.
