Overview
LeniAct
Dr Luigi Colombo is an oral surgeon: his daily work brings him into contact with other people's pain. In his clinic, patients always told him the same thing: “Doctor, it hurts more and more.” So he asked himself: “What if there were a daily support that worked on both engines of pain, instead of just one?” Dr Leonardo Scanzano, the pharmacist responsible for the Elisir D line, turned that idea into a capsule, directing every step of production and insisting on standardised extracts. A doctor who knows the problem, a pharmacist who knows formulation: LeniAct was born from this meeting.
What it's for
The nutraceutical that works on both engines of recurring pain — the inflammation that ignites it and the nerves that amplify it — with 7 actives in a single capsule.
Key benefits
- Snuffs out the fire: Boswellia, White willow, MSM and Ashwagandha act on several inflammation pathways at once, not just one.
- Silences the amplifier: PEA and Capsaicin help the nerves stop “screaming” at every slightest stimulus.
- Supports the control unit: NAD+ fuels nerve cells under stress.
- Created in a clinic, not in a marketing office: by Dr Luigi Colombo, who works every day with patients in pain.
How it works
The 3S System: Snuffs out, Silences, Supports
LeniAct doesn't try to “mask” pain for a few hours. It is built to work on the entire circuit of the Echo Effect, every day, with three levels of action in the same capsule.
S1 — Snuffs out the fire: Boswellia, White willow, MSM, Ashwagandha
Four actives, four different inflammation pathways. Boswellia modulates 5-LOX and COX-2. White willow brings salicin, the natural precursor of salicylic acid. MSM acts on NF-κB, the “master switch” of inflammatory cytokines. Ashwagandha modulates prostaglandins and the stress tension that stiffens the muscles. Instead of closing a single door, LeniAct closes four.
S2 — Silences the amplifier: PEA, Capsaicin
PEA (palmitoylethanolamide) is a molecule the body produces on its own to calm the nerves: it acts on PPAR-α and on the endocannabinoid system, reducing neuroinflammation and hypersensitivity. Capsaicin works on TRPV1, the pain “alarm bell”: it stimulates it and, with repeated use, reduces its reactivity. This is the level almost every formula ignores, and it is the one that breaks the echo.
S3 — Supports the control unit: NAD+
Nerves under stress burn a lot of energy and produce oxidative stress. NAD+ is the fuel of the mitochondria, the power plants of the cells: supporting them helps the nervous system recover its balance.
The Echo Effect
Pain that keeps coming back often has two engines. The fire: when a tissue is irritated, enzymes such as COX-2 and 5-LOX produce prostaglandins, leukotrienes and cytokines that make the area swell, heat up and ache. The amplifier: every time the fire flares up again, the pain nerves stay a little more on alert, their threshold drops and receptors such as TRPV1 become more reactive. The same stimulus as yesterday hurts more today. Every episode leaves an echo, and the echo makes the next one easier to trigger. That is why most solutions, which work on a single point of the circuit for a few hours, are not enough.
The detail that makes the difference: standardised extracts
Look at the label of any supplement. If there is no percentage next to the plant, you don't know how much active ingredient you are taking. In LeniAct every plant extract is standardised, and the standardisation is written in plain sight: not generic “Boswellia”, but Boswellia with 65% boswellic acids; not just any “Willow”, but an extract with 15% salicin.
Composition
Composition
| Ingredient | Dose | Role |
|---|---|---|
| Boswellia serrata dry extract (65% boswellic acids, 162.5 mg) | 250 mg | S1 Snuffs out |
| White willow dry extract (15% salicin, 30 mg) | 200 mg | S1 Snuffs out |
| MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) | 200 mg | S1 Snuffs out |
| Ashwagandha dry extract (2.5% withanolides, 4 mg) | 160 mg | S1 Snuffs out |
| PEA (palmitoylethanolamide) | 100 mg | S2 Silences |
| Capsicum dry extract (2% capsaicin, 1.6 mg) | 80 mg | S2 Silences |

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Is LeniAct a painkiller?
No. It is a supplement designed as daily support for inflammation and nerve sensitivity. It does not replace prescribed medicines or therapies.
How soon will I notice something?
Everyone is different. The 3S System works on the pain circuit over time, so consistency matters more than any single capsule.
Can I take it together with other medicines?
If you take anticoagulants, aspirin, anti-inflammatories, or medicines for the thyroid, blood pressure, diabetes or epilepsy, sedatives or immunosuppressants, talk to your doctor or pharmacist first.
Why did an oral surgeon formulate a product for pain?
Because pain is his daily bread. Dr Colombo sees it every day, in every form, and wanted to create for his patients the support he couldn't find ready-made.
What does “standardised extract” mean?
It means that the amount of active ingredient is measured and guaranteed. Example: our Boswellia contains 65% boswellic acids, always.
What if I don't feel any improvement?
Finished Product Guarantee: if, once you've finished the product, you're not satisfied and haven't felt any improvement, we'll refund you. We don't ask you to judge LeniAct after three days: we ask you to give it time to work, right up to the last capsule.
Are there any warnings?
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. White willow requires caution in case of allergy to aspirin or NSAIDs, ulcers, clotting disorders or anticoagulant therapy; not recommended during pregnancy or for children. Ashwagandha may interact with certain medicines; rare cases of liver damage have been reported. Capsaicin may cause a burning sensation or gastrointestinal discomfort. Pain that is intense, sudden, persistent or accompanied by fever, trauma, loss of strength or neurological symptoms requires medical assessment.
